The Starfish Internet Cafe

Launched in 2006, the newest addition to the Starfish garden is our high speed wireless internet cafe. With funding from our partner organization Stop Exploitation Now, we were able to build the center which is run by physically disabled but highly capable local residents. It is yet another way in which we try to provide meaningful employment to an otherwise vulnerable group of people.

The internet cafe caters to tourists visiting Sihanoukville as well as local residents. The revenue from the center is used to support the Starfish project and its clients.
